摘要
近年来,防雨雪系列产品因生活需求多元化、环境复杂化及多变性而备受青睐。这对目前国内市场上相关材料提出了新要求,尤其是在功能性、舒适度和降成本等方面。阐述了细旦高强涤纶PU防水透湿型膜复合面料的制备情况,并对其进行了性能测试。结果表明,细旦高强涤纶PU防水透湿型膜复合面料的初始静水压≥200kPa,洗涤50次后静水压≥100kPa,透湿量≥6000g/(m^(2)·d),面密度≤175g/m^(2),轻质,具有较好的防暴雨效果。
In recent years,rainproof and snowproof products are favored because of the diversity of liv-ing needs,the complexity and variability of the environment.New requirements for relevant materials in the current domestic market were puts forward,especially in terms of functionality,comfort,cost reduc-tion and so on.The preparation of fine denier high-strength polyester PU waterproof and moisture per-meable membrane composite fabric was described,and its performance was tested.The results showed that the initial hydrostatic pressure of fine denier high-strength polyester PU waterproof and moisture permeable membrane composite fabric was≥200 kPa,after 50 times of washing,the hydro-static pressure was≥100 kPa,the moisture permeability was≥6000 g/(m^(2)·d),and the surface density was≤175g/m^(2).Itwas lightandhadagoodrainproofeffect.
