摘要
介绍了一种关于纺织品中致癌致敏染料以及其他禁用染料的测试方法,通过甲醇超声萃取,PTFE过滤器过滤,使用HPLC-MS-MS仪器分析,采用多反应监测(MRM)正负离子模式,对样品进行分离定性及外标法定量。该方法前处理操作简单,灵敏性高,选择性好,精密度好,可以对低检出限值的染料进行准确确证。
A kind of test method for carcinogenic and sensitizing dyes and other prohibited dyes in textiles was introduced.Byultrasonic extractionwith methanol,filtration with PTFEfilter,analysis with HPLC-MS-MS instrument,and multi-reaction monitoring(MRM)positive and negative ion mode,the samples were separated and qualitative and quantified by external standard method.The pretreatment method has the ad-vantages of simple operation,high sensitivity,good selectivity and precision,and can accurately confirm thedyeswithlowdetectionlimit.
