摘要
从2015年开始,中国宝武就进行了在低碳冶金方面的技术布局,相继在上海、湛江和乌鲁木齐建立了低碳冶金创新基地,并于2021年11月发布了有初步试验成果的碳中和冶金技术路线图。宝武低碳冶金相关技术可以分为两条主要工艺路径:一是,以富氢碳循环高炉为核心的高炉低碳工艺路径;二是,以氢基竖炉为核心的氢冶金工艺路径。这两条工艺路径加上碳资源综合利用、冶金电气化等技术,形成了系统性的宝武低碳炼铁技术。
Since 2015,China Baowu has started its technical layout in the low-carbon metallurgy by building the technical innovation bases of low-carbon metallurgy in Shanghai,Zhanjiang and Urumqi successively,and announced a roadmap of carbon neutral metallurgy technologies proved preliminarily in November 2021.Baowu has two main processes routes regarding the low-carbon metallurgy technologies:the one with hydrogen-enriched carbon cycled BF as the core;and the hydrogen metallurgy process route with hydrogen-based shaft furnace as the core.These two routes constitute a systematic low-carbon ironmaking technology of Baowu in conjuction with the comprehensive utilization of carbon resources and electrification of metallurgy.
