摘要
对武钢铜冷却壁高炉炉墙结厚处理技术进行了总结。武钢高炉应用铜冷却壁后,炉墙结厚频繁出现,原因主要是高炉操作的问题,装料制度未能适应外围条件的改变。通过长期生产实践摸索,总结出了一整套针对铜冷却壁高炉炉墙结厚的处理技术,其要点是:通过完善炉身监测手段发现早期的炉墙结厚,采用调整装料制度处理早期的炉墙结厚,借助悬料快速处理顽固性炉墙结厚,渣皮清理后疏导中心防止炉墙再次结厚。
WISCO’s technology of tackling wall accretion on BF copper cooling stave is summarized.After installation of copper cooling stave,the wall accretion always occurs mainly due to the furnace operation problem,and inadaptability of the charging system to the changes of the external conditions.Through long-term production practice and exploration,a set of technologies for handling the wall accretion on BF copper cooling stave is developed,of which the key points fall on monitoring of early stage of wall accretion by means of optimizing the furnace stack monitoring measures,adjusting the charging system to cope with the early stage of wall accretion,rapidly clearing off the stubborn wall accretion through stock hanging,and making the stocks in the center descending smoothly after cleaning the slag skull to prevent further wall accretion.
