摘要 钢铁行业智能制造转型升级已成为行业发展趋势,为了提高智能化水平,宁钢2号高炉采用了大量智能制造技术。通过采用智能装备与无人化技术帮助减员增效、安全生产,通过智能感知与智能决策助力高炉稳定顺行,通过建立集中管控平台提高炼铁生产管理水平,取得了良好的应用效果,为炼铁向数字化、智能化方向发展奠定了基础。2022年1—9月,2号高炉利用系数由2.04 t/(m^(3)·d)提高到2.51t/(m^(3)·d),燃料比由532.8 kg/t降低到502kg/t。 Intelligent manufacturing-based transformation and upgrading has become the development trend of the steel industry.To upgrade the intelligence level of Ningbo Steel No.2 BF,a lot of intelligent manufacturing technologies and solutions are developed and used,including intelligent equipment and unmanned technologies which minimize the man power,increase production efficiency,and promote safe production;intelligent perception and intelligent decision-making technologies,which enable BF to run more stably and smoothly;and centralized management and control platform,which improve the management level of ironmaking production.These intelligent technologies and solution have sound application results,underpinning the digitalization and intelligence development of ironmaking industry.The productivity of Ningbo Steel No.2 BF rises from 2.04t/(m^(3)·d) to 2.51 t/(m^(3)·d),and the fuel rate drops from 532.8 kg/t to 502 kg/t from January to September2022.
