摘要
与顶装焦相比,捣固焦具有原料选择范围宽、炼焦成本低、冷态强度好等特点。某2000 m^(3)高炉由顶装焦冶炼转为使用全捣固焦冶炼时,对高炉操作制度进行了调整,通过采取开放中心气流抑制边沿气流、增大风量提高富氧率、控制炉渣碱度R2在1.15左右等措施,高炉保持了稳定顺行,并取得了较好的技术经济指标。高炉利用系数提高到2.52t/(m^(3)·d),燃料比下降到503.70 kg/t,煤比增加到160 kg/t,铁水一级品率达到99.34%,煤气利用率50.12%,焦炭配煤成本降低约43.4元/t。
Compared with coke produced via top charging process,stamped coke accepts wider range of raw materials and is characterized by low coking cost and ideal cold strength.The producer of a 2000 m^(3) BF adjusts the BF operating system in the following ways while replaces the coke produced from top charging process with the stamped coke:(1) enhancing the center gas flow and suppressing edge gas flow;(2) increasing blast rate for higher oxygen-enrichment ratio;(3) keeping the slag basicity R2at 1.15 appr.As a result,the BF operates smoothly with the productivity upgraded to 2.52 t/(m^(3)·d),fuel rate declined to 503.70 kg/t,and coal rate risen to 160 kg/t,and realizes 99.34% of first grade products,50.12% gas utilization rate and 43.4 yuan/t blended coal cost.
