包钢7号高炉长时间焖炉操作

摘要 为了消除热风管系三岔口掉砖及更换主管段波纹补偿器,包钢7号高炉进行为期14d的焖炉。通过采取对焖炉料进行合理设定与排布、科学计算焖炉料的装入等休风前操作,以及炉体密封、冷却强度控制等多项措施,减少了炉体热量损失,实现了焖炉期间料面少量下降、炉缸热状态较好的效果。送风后快速开风口,控制铁口与风口的贯通、出铁操作及加风节奏等,23h恢复至全风量,3d后冶炼强度达到正常水平。 To solve the problem of brick peel-off at the breeches pipe of the hot blast pipes and change of the bellow compensator in the main pipe section,Baotou Steel’s No.7 blast furnace underwent blanking for 14 days.By means of a series actions performed before blowing down,including reasonable setting and distribution of the charges,accurate calculation of the charge amount,enhancing furnace body sealing and cooling intensity,the heat loss of the furnace body is suppressed,stock level drops slightly during blanking,and the furnace hearth keeps ideal hot status.After blasting,the tuyeres are opened quickly,and the taphole and the tuyere are holed through,tapping operation and the blasting makeup cycle are carried out under the control.23h after blanking,the furnace resumes its full blasting operation and reaches its normal smelting intensity3 days later.
