摘要 为解决HAZOP分析中剩余风险不能定量化的问题,采用LOPA分析方法在HAZOP分析结果上进行定量分析,并通过SIL分析对LOPA分析结果进行验证。采用HAZOP方法对氯乙酸生产装置进行应用分析,明确各个偏差产生的原因、可能导致的后果。使用LOPA方法评估现有安全保护措施后的风险等级,进一步确定需要增加的安全仪表系统(SIS)。最后采用SIL分析对LOPA分析结果进行验证,确保工艺流程的风险等级和可操作性都得到完善优化,保证装置的安全运行。 In order to solve the problem that the residual risks in HAZOP analysis could not be quantified,LOPA analysis method was used to conduct quantitative analysis on the basis of the HAZOP analysis results,and the LOPA analysis results were verified by SIL analysis.The HAZOP analysis of a chloroacetic acid production plant was analyzed,and the causes and possible consequences of each deviation were identified.LOPA method was used to assess the risk level after the existing safety protection measures were taken,further determine the need to increase the safety instrument system(SIS).Finally,SIL analysis was used to verify the LOPA analysis results,in order to ensure that the risk level and operability of the process are perfected and optimized and the device safely operated.
