摘要
针对青海盐湖镁业有限公司一起爆炸事故,分析三氯化氮产生原因。提出控制三氯化氮超标措施有:加强原盐质量的管理,控制精制剂、助沉剂不含铵或铵含量低,杜绝三氯化氮富集,增加除胺系统等。做好三氯化氮的预防措施,可以保证整个装置生产系统稳定运行。
In view of an explosion accident in Qinghai Salt Lake Magnesium Industry Co.,Ltd.,the causes of nitrogen trichloride formation were analyzed.The proposed measures to prevent nitrogen trichloride from exceeding permitted level are as follows:strengthen the management of raw salt quality,control ammonium content in the refining agent and sedimentation aid at zero or low level,eliminate nitrogen trichloride enrichment,and add an amine removal system.Taking preventive measures for nitrogen trichloride can ensure the stable operation of the whole production system.
