摘要
燃机静止启动变频器(SFC)是燃气轮机机组启动的核心电力电子装置。为正确响应电厂上位机指令,将燃机机组从初始状态拖动至目标转速,SFC控制需要解决很多技术问题。此处介绍了SFC工作模式和总体控制策略,分析了电机初始位置检测、强迫换相可靠控制和电机机端电压锁相几个关键问题并给出了设计要点。开发了一套SFC控制系统,试验结果证明了设计的可行性。
Gas turbine static frequency converter(SFC)is the core power electronic device for gas turbine unit startup.In order to correctly respond to the instructions from the TCS of the power plant and drag the gas turbine unit from the initial state to the target speed,SFC control needs to solve many technical problems.The SFC operation mode and overall control strategy are introduced,several key problems of motor initial position detection,forced commutation reliable control and motor terminal voltage phase locking are analyzed,and the key points of the design are given.A set of SFC control system is developed,and the test results prove the feasibility of the design.
