摘要
圆筒混合机托辊发生点蚀破坏是一种常见的失效形式,针对某Φ5 m×24 m的圆筒混合机短时间内产生点蚀的托辊进行载荷分析、材料力学性能分析、硬度试验分析、金相组织试验分析及点蚀扫描电子显微镜(Scanning Electron Microscope,SEM)形貌观察,研究托辊点蚀失效的原因。研究结果表明,外界载荷和托辊材料本身性能并不是引起托辊短时间内产生点蚀的主要原因,托辊表面硬度不足是引起托辊短时间内点蚀的主要原因,因此,托辊更易产生点蚀、剥落和掉块,最终导致失效。
The pitting damage of the drum mixer roller is a common failure form.The load analysis,material mechanical properties analysis,hardness test analysis,metallographic structure test analysis and pitting SEM morphology observation were carried out for the pitting roller of aΦ5 m×24 m drum mixer with pitting corrosion in a short time,to research on the causes of pitting failure of rollers.The results show that the external load and the performance of the roller material are not the main reasons for the pitting corrosion of the roller in a short time.The insufficient surface hardness of the roller is the main reason for the short time pitting corrosion of the roller.Therefore,the roller is more prone to pitting,peeling,and falling blocks,eventually leading to failure.
