应急救援新型反循环钻头钻进性能工程实践研究

摘要 为验证应急救援新型反循环钻头的钻进性能,本文采用应急救援新型强力抽吸反循环钻头,在新疆某矿区进行工作量为103.60m的新型反循环钻头钻进现场试验,对钻进效益、钻进质量和钻进效益进行分析和总结。结果显示:新型反循环钻头钻进效率为8.18~6.55m/h,钻进效率是常规泥浆钻进的3.3~5.2倍,井斜角的变化在2°范围内,现场试验验证了新型反循环钻头的可行性,为进一步应用提供了实践经验。 In order to verify the drilling performance of a new type reverse circulation bit for the emergency rescue,in this paper,a onsite test was carried out with the new type reverse circulation bit for the emergency rescue that designed and developed in this program at the 103.6m long workload of a mine area in Xinjiang,in which the drilling efficiency and drilling quality were analyzed and summarized.The results show that the drilling efficiency of the new type reverse circulation bit is 8.18~6.55m/h,which is 3.3~5.2 times of that of the conventional mud drilling,and the deviation angle changes within 2°.The feasibility of the new type reverse circulation bit is verified by the onsite test,which provides practical experiences for the further application.
