山东省羊场布鲁氏菌病病例对照研究 被引量:2

A Case-control Study on Brucellosis in Sheep Farms in Shandong Province

摘要 为探究羊养殖场引进调出环节风险因素对布鲁氏菌病(简称“布病”)传播的影响,运用病例对照研究方法,依据2020—2021年山东省各市上报的布病监测数据,筛选病例组和对照组,按照1:1匹配的方式开展调查,收集相关数据资料。通过Logistic多因素回归分析,调整“饲养动物种类”“饲养模式”“曾引进过羊”“近1年有母羊发生流产”风险因素后,发现“经经纪人引羊”与养殖场发生布病存在统计学意义(OR=5.64,95%CI:2.22~14.31,P<0.001)。结果表明,通过经纪人引羊相对增加了羊养殖场发生布病的风险。建议相关部门加强对经纪人引导和规范,建立备案制度,规范收羊方式,提升生物安全意识,从而降低引进调出环节布病传播风险。 In order to identify the influence of risk factors during introducing or transferring sheep on the spreading of brucellosis in farms,a case group and a control group were selected using the case-control study method according to the surveillance data of brucellosis reported by all cities in Shandong Province from 2020 to 2021,which were then investigated in a 1:1 matching way to collect relevant data.Through logistic multivariate regression analysis and adjusting the risk factors including types of animals kept,feeding mode,sheep had been introduced and abortion of ewes in the past year,statistical significance was found between“introduction of sheep by brokers”and“occurrence of brucellosis in farms”(OR=5.64,95%CI:2.22~14.31,P<0.001).The results showed that the risk of occurrence of brucellosis in the farms was relatively increased by introduction of sheep by brokers.Therefore,relevant authorities were recommended to strengthen the guidance and standardization to brokers,establish a registration system,standardize the way of sheep collection,and to improve their awareness of biosafety,so as to reduce any possible risk of brucellosis transmission during the process of sheep movement.
