广东省首个国家级奶牛布鲁氏菌病、结核病净化场的创建

Construction of the First National Purifed Dairy Cattle Farm for Brucellosis and Tuberculosis in Guangdong Province

为推进奶牛布鲁氏菌病、结核病(简称“两病”)净化工作,保障奶牛养殖业持续健康发展和乳制品质量安全,广州市动物卫生监督所在开展本底调查的基础上,成立净化工作小组,指导广州华美牛奶有限公司(简称公司)积极开展奶牛“两病”检疫净化,包括加强宣传培训与指导,制定维持无疫的防控策略、技术路线、总体方案和技术规程,督促公司在全面检测、严格引种、牛群建设、防疫管理、监督检查、生产管理、卫生环保等方面严格落实各项管理措施,有效确保了该公司连续6年维持“两病”无疫状态,从而使公司顺利建成广东省国家级首个牛布鲁氏菌病、结核病净化场。本文总结了创建过程和维持无疫的经验做法,以期为奶牛养殖企业开展疫病净化提供参考。

In order to push forward the purification for bovine brucellosis and tuberculosis(hereinafter referred to as“two diseases”)in dairy cattle,and to safeguard the sustainable and healthy development of dairy farming as well as the quality and safety of dairy products,a purification team was organized by Guangzhou Animal Health Supervision Institution according to the results of local investigation,to guide Guangzhou Huamei Milk Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as“the company”)to actively conduct the quarantine and purification against the two diseases.The efforts made by the team included increasing publicity,training and guidance,formulating prevention and control strategies,technical routes,general plans,and technical regulations to maintain the free status,and urging the company to strictly implement various measures in terms of comprehensive testing,strict introduction of the breeding stock,cattle population organization,management of disease control,supervision and inspection,production management,health and environmental protection and other factors.By which,the free status of the two diseases was maintained by the company for six consecutive years,and thereby the first national purified dairy cattle farm for brucellosis and tuberculosis was successfully constructed.In the paper,the practices and experiments during the process of construction of the farm and maintaining its free status were summarized,with a view to providing a reference for dairy farming enterprises to conduct such purification.
