纽曼系统护理干预在良性甲状腺结节患者经乳晕入路腔镜甲状腺切除术围手术期中的应用

Application of Newman System Nursing Intervention in Perioperative Period of Endoscopic Thyroidectomy Via Areola Approach in Patients with Benign Thyroid Nodules

目的研究纽曼系统护理干预应用于良性甲状腺结节患者经乳晕入路腔镜甲状腺切除术围手术期的效果。方法选取2020年6月-2021年6月佳木斯市中医院诊治的76例良性甲状腺结节患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组38例。对照组和观察组分别给予常规护理和纽曼系统护理干预,比较两组临床疼痛(VAS)评分、生活质量评分、护理满意度以及并发症发生率。结果两组护理后VAS评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后情绪、角色、认知、躯体、社会功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为94.73%,高于对照组的81.57%(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为7.89%,低于对照组的18.42%(P<0.05)。结论纽曼系统护理干预应用于经乳晕入路腔镜良性甲状腺结节切除术患者围术期,可降低患者疼痛评分,提高生活质量水平,减少并发症发生几率,患者对护理的满意度更高,临床应用效果更优。

Objective To study the effect of Newman system nursing intervention on perioperative period of endoscopic thyroidectomy via areola approach in patients with benign thyroid nodules.Methods A total of 76 patients with benign thyroid nodules diagnosed and treated in Jiamusi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group and the observation group were given routine nursing and Newman system nursing intervention respectively.The clinical pain(VAS)score,quality of life score,nursing satisfaction and complication rate were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The VAS score of the two groups after nursing was lower than that before nursing,and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of emotion,role,cognition,body and social function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 94.73%,which was higher than 81.57%of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 7.89%,which was lower than 18.42%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the perioperative period of patients undergoing endoscopic benign thyroid nodule resection via areola approach,Newman system nursing intervention can reduce the pain score of patients,improve the quality of life,reduce the incidence of complications,patients'satisfaction with nursing is higher,and the clinical application effect is better.
