摘要
脑胶质瘤是临床上一种难治愈的颅内原发性肿瘤,具有侵袭性生长、预后不良、易复发的特点。目前常规MRI序列对脑胶质瘤内部结构,如出血灶、肿瘤增生血管等显示不佳。而磁敏感加权成像(SWI)是利用组织间磁敏感差异为基础的新型磁共振成像(MRI)技术,基于不同组织存在的磁敏感差异,其对胶质瘤内引流静脉以及出血产物等具有良好显示。本文就SWI在脑胶质瘤的瘤内出血和钙化、分级和鉴别诊断以及治疗中的应用作一综述,以期为该病的诊断、治疗以及预后评估等提供更多的参考依据。
Glioma is a clinically refractory primary tumor in the upper intracranial brain,characterized by aggressive growth,poor prognosis and easy recurrence.At present,conventional MRI sequences are not effective in showing the internal structure of glioma,such as hemorrhagic focus and tumor hyperplasia vessels.Susceptibility weighted imaging(SWI)is a new MRI technology based on the magnetic sensitivity differences among tissues.Based on the magnetic sensitivity differences existing in different tissues,SWI has a good display of drainage veins and bleeding products in glioma.This article reviews the application of SWI in intratumoral hemorrhage and calcification,grading and differential diagnosis and treatment of glioma,in order to provide more reference for the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis evaluation of the disease.
