目前已进入精准肝脏外科时代,外科医师对于肝脏的解剖、肿瘤学都有了更加深入的认识,同时伴随着影像技术及外科手术机械的进步,对于肝切除术也有着更高的技术要求。在肝切除术中,如何明确肿瘤边界,达到精准切除,仍是肝切除术的要点、难点。本文对目前常用的肝切除术中判断肿瘤边界和肝脏切面的方法及其优缺点进行总结。
