摘要
故障预测与健康管理(PHM)是把监测系统各部件的健康状态信息进行汇总、分析评估、故障诊断及预测的技术,理念核心是状态维修。结合PHM理论、相关标准和构建原则,从实际应用出发,提出一种用于铁路列车网络控制系统TCN网关的故障监测和诊断方法,以降低设备运维成本,保证故障处理实时可靠,维护列车稳定运行。
Fault prediction and health management(PHM)is a technology to summarize,analyze,evaluate,diagnose and predict the health status information of each component of the monitoring system.Its core concept is condition-based maintenance.Combining PHM theory,relevant standards and construction principles and starting from practical application,we propose a fault detection and diagnosis method for TCN gateway of railway train network control system to reduce equipment operation and maintenance costs,ensure real-time and reliable troubleshooting,and maintain smooth operation.
