摘要
磷脂作为生物体内最常见的物质之一,其氧化在自身免疫性疾病和动脉粥样硬化疾病中起到诱发炎症、刺激机体产生抗体的作用。由于非酶氧化磷脂产生的多样性和酶氧化磷脂的细胞组织特异性,氧化磷脂在致病机制方面仍有待挖掘,文章将围绕氧化磷脂的分型、生物学作用、生成途径及在心脑血管疾病和自身免疫性疾病中的最新研究加以综述。
Phospholipids,as one of the most common substances in organisms,can induce inflammation and stimulate the body to produce antibodies in autoimmune diseases and atherosclerosis diseases.Due to the diversity of non-enzyme oxidized phospholipids and the cell and tissue specificity of enzyme oxidized phospholipids,the pathogenesis of oxidized phospholipids remains to be explored.The classification,biological function,generation pathway of oxidized phospholipids and the latest research on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and autoimmune diseaseswere reviewed.
