摘要
目的:探讨盐炙对益智仁-小茴香药对对脾肾阳虚型泄泻证止泻作用的影响,为中医临床合理用药提供参考。方法:将SD大鼠分为正常组,模型组,阳性药四神丸组,以及益智仁-小茴香生品及盐炙品配伍高、中、低剂量组。采用氢化可的松和番泻叶复合造模法复制脾肾阳虚泄泻大鼠模型,给药结束后测定各组大鼠脾、肾、胸腺、肾上腺、睾丸脏器指数,并采用ELISA法检测大鼠血清中胃动素(MTL)、胃泌素(GAS)和二胺氧化酶(DAO)等指标。结果:与正常组大鼠相比,模型组大鼠体质量减轻;各脏器出现不同程度的病理性变化;血清中MTL、GAS和DAO等指标均出现显著性异常。给予益智仁-小茴香生品及盐炙品后,上述症状和病理学指标均有不同程度改善。其中,盐炙品高剂量组对大鼠血清一氧化氮(NO)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)/环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)水平改善效果较好,生品高剂量组对大鼠血清MTL、GAS、DAO、D-乳酸(D-LA)水平改善效果较好。结论:益智仁-小茴香生品药对及其盐炙品药对对脾肾阳虚型泄泻均具有止泻作用,但治疗证候指标上偏重略有不同,生品药对对模型大鼠脾阳虚证候指标的调节作用较好,而盐炙品药对对肾阳虚证候指标调节作用较好;对于脾肾阳虚型泄泻证建议采用盐炙品药对入药,增强药对镇痛、调节机体能量代谢和免疫功能可能是盐炙影响益智仁-小茴香药对止泻作用的机制。
OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of salt-processing on Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus-Foeniculi Fructus medicines in the treatment of diarrhea with yang deficiency of spleen and kidney, so as to provide reference for clinical rational drug use of traditional Chinese medicine METHODS SD rats were divided into nine groups: normal group, model group, positive drug group and high-,medium-and low-dose groups of different processed products of Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus-Foeniculi Fructus medicines.A complex method of hydrocortisone and sennae folium was adopted to establish the diarrhea model due to spleen-kidney yang deficiency.After administration, the spleen, kidney, thymus and other organ indexes of rats in each group were measured;The serum levels of MTL,GAS,DAO and other indicators were detected by ELISA.RESULTS Compared with the normal group, the body weight reduced;Pathological changes of different degrees occurred in various organs;MTL,GAS,DAO and other indicators in serum were significantly abnormal.The above symptoms and indicators were improved in varying degrees after administration, the high-dose salt-processed group has the better effect on improving the level of NO,5-HT,cAMP/cGMP,IgG.The high-dose group of raw products has the better effect on improving the level of MTL,GAS,DAO,D-LA.CONCLUSION Raw and salt-processed Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus-Foeniculi Fructus medicines have anti diarrhea effect on diarrhea with yang deficiency of spleen and kidney, but the treatment syndrome indicators are slightly different..Raw medicines has a better regulatory effect on the syndrome indicators of spleen yang deficiency in model rats, while salt-processed medicines has a better regulatory effect on the syndrome indicators of kidney yang deficiency;For diarrhea with yang deficiency of spleen and kidney, it is suggested to use salt-processed medicines, The effect of potentiating drugs on analgesia, regulating energy metabolism and immune function may be the mechanism of salt-processing affecting the antidiarrheal effect of Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus-Foeniculi Fructus medicines.
