百令胶囊对中晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗患者免疫功能、生活质量及远期生存的影响

Effect of corbrin capsule on immune function,quality of life,and long-term survival of chemotherapy patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer

目的探讨百令胶囊对中晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗患者免疫功能、生活质量及远期生存的影响。方法将91例中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者根据治疗方案的不同分为对照组(46例,入院后进行化疗)及观察组(45例,在对照组基础上联合百令胶囊治疗)。对比两组患者的免疫功能指标、生活质量评分量表(QOL)评分、不良反应发生情况及2年生存率。结果治疗后,两组患者CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均升高,CD8^(+)均降低,且观察组患者CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均高于对照组,CD8^(+)低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者QOL各维度评分均升高,且观察组患者QOL各维度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应总发生率及2年生存率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用百令胶囊辅助治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌,更有利于改善患者免疫功能,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of corbrin capsule on immune function,quality of life and long-term survival of chemotherapy patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Method A total of 91 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were divided into the control group(46 cases,received chemotherapy after admission)and the observation group(45 cases,combined with corbrin capsule based on the control group)according to different treatment regimens.The immune function indicators,quality of life(QOL)scores,adverse events,and two-year survival rate were compared between the two groups.Result After the treatment,CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)increased,and CD8^(+)decreased in both groups,moreover,the CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the CD8^(+)was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of each dimension of QOL in the two groups were increased,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the total incidence of adverse events and the two-year survival rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Adjuvant treatment with corbrin capsule is more conducive to improving the immune function and the quality of life of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer.
