基于BIM的智慧楼宇综合数字管理平台设计

Design of Intelligent Building Integrated Digital Management Platform Based on BIM

针对信息化建设中传统楼宇管理存在“重建设、轻维护”,整体效率低,监管力度不够,数据共享不力,缺少有效的管理和服务闭环体系,管理成本和效益不理想等问题,文章依托BIM技术的发展,研究开发了以四川省某集团公司总部楼宇智能化为出发点的智慧楼宇综合数字管理平台,实现了对楼宇所辖设备的统一监控、集中管理,进一步完善了对日常管理和服务流程等一些关键节点的数据采集和管控,形成了统一、集约、高效的信息管理系统。

In view of the problems of traditional building management in informatization construction, such as “emphasizing construction but neglecting maintenance”, low overall efficiency, insufficient supervision, poor data sharing, lack of effective management and service closed-loop system, and unsatisfactory management costs and benefits, this paper, relying on the development of BIM technology, has developed a comprehensive digital management platform for smart buildings based on the headquarters building intelligence of a group company in Sichuan Province, it has realized the unified monitoring and centralized management of the equipments under the jurisdiction of the building, further improved the data collection and control of some key nodes such as daily management and service process, and formed a unified, intensive and efficient information management system.
