神经肌肉激活技术治疗非特异性下腰痛患者的临床效果

摘要 目的研究神经肌肉激活技术(NFRT)治疗非特异性下腰痛(NLBP)的临床效果。方法将50例NLBP患者随机分为研究组和对照组,各25例,分别在常规物理因子治疗的基础上进行NFRT和常规核心稳定训练(CSE)治疗。比较2组治疗前后的疼痛程度[用视觉模拟评分(VAS)和Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表(ODI)评估]、多裂肌表面肌电均方根值(RMS)和静息状态下多裂肌厚度。结果治疗后,2组VAS评分、ODI评分、多裂肌表面肌电RMS和多裂肌厚度均显著改善(P<0.05),且研究组的上述指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与传统治疗相比,NFRT能更有效地提高腰椎深层稳定肌纤维募集,改善肌肉收缩功能,缓解下腰痛。 Objective To study the effect of neuromuscular feedback regaining technique(NFRT)on nonspecific low back pain(NLBP).Methods A total of 50 NLBP patients were randomly divided into to two groups,with 25 patients in each group.Both groups received conventional physical therapy,additionally,the study group and the control group received NFRT and traditional core stability exercises(CSE)therapy respectively.The scores of visual analogue scale(VAS)and Oswestry disability index(ODI),the RMS value of surface electromyography of multifidus muscle and the thickness of multifidus muscle at rest were compared between two groups before and after the treatment.Results The VAS and ODI scores,RMS value and thickness of multifidus muscle of both groups were significantly improved after the treatment(P<0.05).All of the forementioned parameters were significantly better in study group than control group after the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional stability training,NFRT therapy can further improve the quantity of muscle fiber recruitment of deep lumbar stabilizing muscle during the activity,restore the muscle function,and effectively relieve the symptoms of NLBP.
