miR-203与消化系统肿瘤研究进展

摘要 microRNA(miRNA)是内源性非编码单链小RNA,由18~25个核苷酸组成,与肿瘤细胞的增殖凋亡、侵袭迁移及分化等功能密切相关。microRNA-203(miR-203)最早被检测到在上皮细胞内特异性高表达,后来在其他系统肿瘤细胞内也被检测到存在表达,但其作用存在争议,使其成为近几年miRNA在肿瘤治疗研究领域里的热点之一。消化系统肿瘤是目前最常见的一种侵袭转移能力较强的恶性肿瘤,文章就miR-203的特点及其与消化系统肿瘤之间的最新研究成果进行综述。 MicroRNAs(miRNAs)are endogenous non-coding single-stranded small RNAs composed of 18-25 nucleotides.They are closely related to the proliferation,apoptosis,invasion,migration and differentiation of tumor cells.microRNA-203(miR-203)was first detected to be highly expressed in epithelial cells,and was later also detected in tumor cells of other systems.In recent years,research on miR-203 has become one of the hot spots in the field of tumor therapy due to its controversial role.Digestive system tumors are the most common malignant tumors with strong invasion and metastasis ability.This article reviews the characteristics of miR-203 and its relationship to digestive system tumors.
