摘要
目的:观察白竭散联合红光治疗促进肛瘘术后创面愈合的临床疗效。方法:采用随机数字表法将64例行肛瘘切开术的患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组各32例。术后治疗组采用白竭散换药联合红光治疗,对照组采用常规换药联合红光治疗,治疗后记录两组创面愈合时间、创面愈合率,观察两组创面分泌物、肉芽形态并给予VAS评分,检测两组血清中TGF-β1、EGF水平,比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组创面愈合时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05),术后7天、14天创面愈合率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者术后9天VAS评分、分泌物及肉芽形态评分均明显小于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者术后14天TGF-β1、EGF水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者创面愈合疗效比对照组明显更好(P<0.05)。结论:白竭散联合红光治疗能有效促进肛瘘术后患者创面愈合,缓解术后疼痛,提高血清中TGF-β1、EGF水平,提高临床疗效。
Objective:The clinical effect of Baijie Powder combined with red light treatment to promote wound healing after anal fistula was observed. Methods:The 64 patients undergoing anal fistula incision were divided into treatment group(32 patients) and control group(32 cases),the postoperative treatment group was treated with Baijie Powder dressing combined with red light treatment, and the control group used conventional dressing combined with red light treatment.After treatment, wound healing time and wound healing rate were recorded in 2 groups, wound secretions and granulation morphology were observed in 2 groups and VAS score was given, testing TGF-1 and EGF levels in serum in 2 groups, and comparing the clinical efficacy of the 2 groups. Results:The wound healing time was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),and the wound healing rate at 7d and 14d was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the 9dVAS score, secretion and granulation morphology scores of the treated patients were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);the 14d TGF-β1 and EGF levels were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);and the wound healing efficacy was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Baijie Powder combined with red light treatment can effectively promote wound healing in patients after anal fistula surgery, relieve postoperative pain, improve TGF-β1 and EGF levels in serum, and promote clinical efficacy.
