以“玄府”理论辨治高尿酸肾病验案举隅

Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Hyperuricemic Nephropathy Under the Guidance of “Xuanfu” Theory

基于刘完素对“玄府”理论在人体生理、病理方面的应用,结合高尿酸肾病的发病基础和病理改变,从中医和现代医学两方面阐述“玄府”理论在高尿酸肾病发病过程中的理论意义,并提出对高尿酸肾病从“固玄”和“开玄”进行辨证论治,通过分享以“固玄”和“开玄”为策略治疗高尿酸肾病的验案,为中西医结合辨治高尿酸肾病提供了参考。

Based on Liu Wansu’s development of “Xuanfu” theory in human physiology and pathology, combined with the pathogenesis and pathological changes of hyperuricemic nephropathy, this paper expounds the theoretical basis of “Xuanfu” theory in the pathogenesis of hyperuricemic nephropathy from two aspects of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine, and puts forward the strategies of diagnosis and treatment of hyperuricemic nephropathy by combining disease and syndrome in stages as “solidifying mystery” and “opening mystery”,Shared the early and middle and late treatment cases of hyperuricemic nephropathy with the strategies of “Solid Xuan” and “Open Xuan”,which built a bridge for the syndrome differentiation and treatment of hyperuricemic nephropathy with the combination of Chinese and Western medicine.
