基于“治痿独取阳明”理论探讨ICU获得性衰弱防治

ICU获得性衰弱是入住ICU患者需重视及避免的并发症之一,不仅危害患者健康、影响患者预后,且增加患者家庭经济及精神负担。目前,尚无治疗ICU获得性衰弱的特效药,临床上除积极控制基础疾病外,还需充分发挥中医药优势,以减少该疾病发生与发展。ICU获得性衰弱可归属于中医“痿证”范畴,“治痿独取阳明”是治疗痿证的基本法则,通过古籍原文刍议“治痿独取阳明”的理论含义,探讨该理论指导针药等方法运用于防治ICU获得性衰弱,治以调畅阳明经及调理脾胃为主,临证需明辨虚实,随证立法选方,兼随症加减。

On the theoretical meaning of “treating flaccidity by emphasing Yangming through the original text of ancient books, to further explore the application of treatments such as acupuncture and prescription guided by this theory in the prevention and treatment of ICU acquired weakness. The treatment is mainly to regulate yangming meridian and spleen-stomach. In clinical dialectics need to clearly distinguish the asthenia and sthenia, thus accompanying legislative selection, adding and subtracting with symptoms.
