田耀洲运用“运脾柔肝法”治疗功能性便秘经验

Tian Yaozhou’s Experience in Treating Functional Constipation with the Method of “Invigorating the Spleen and Softening the Liver”

功能性便秘(FC)是消化科常见病、多发病之一,以大便次数减少、粪质干结、排便不尽感为主要临床表现。现代医学对其尚缺乏特异性的治疗方法和药物,中医药的治疗优势逐渐显现。功能性便秘发病机制复杂,其发病与肠-脑相互作用障碍等有关。田耀洲教授从事中医治疗消化道疾病研究多年,认为“肝郁脾虚”是其病机关键,“本虚标实”是病机特点,脾气亏虚、运化失常为发病之本,肝郁气滞、腑气不通为发病之标,治以运脾柔肝、理气通便,以运脾与柔肝并举、调气与导滞并重创建了运脾柔肝方,临床随证加减,治养相宜,配合穴位敷贴、生物反馈治疗等疗法,疗效显著。通过整理田耀洲教授以“运脾柔肝法”治疗功能性便秘之经验,以期为临床辨证治疗功能性便秘提供借鉴。

Functional constipation(FC) is a common clinical disease characterized by decreased stool frequency, dry fecal matter, incomplete defecation and no obvious organic changes. Tian Shi believes that “stagnation of the liver and deficiency of the spleen” is the key to its pathogenesis, “deficiency of the origin and excess of the origin” are the characteristics of the pathogenesis. Deficiency of the spleen and disorder of transportation and transformation are the origin of the disease, stagnation of the liver qi and obstruction of the Fu Qi are the symptoms of the disease. The treatment is to move the spleen and soften the liver, regulate qi and defecate, develop both the spleen and soften the liver, regulate qi and guide stagnation, and recreate the Yun Pi Rou Gan recipe. It is clinically added and subtracted according to the syndrome, and the treatment and maintenance are appropriate, and the internal and external are coordinated. The curative effect is remarkable. Through sorting out Professor Tian Yaozhou’s experience in the treatment of functional constipation from “the method of moving the spleen and softening the liver”,we hope to provide reference for the clinical treatment of functional constipation based on syndrome differentiation.
