Design of new smart ward system

目的:设计新型智慧病区系统,以提高医院医疗服务质量和改善患者就医体验。方法:该系统采用“1+1+N”架构(即一张全频多模网络、一个统一智慧病房物联网平台、多个病房应用),利用5G网络、物联网、边缘计算、无线射频识别和网络切片等技术设计,通过床旁交互系统、病区信息发布及通话报警系统、智能体征监测系统、护理电子白板、智能输液系统、特殊患者看护系统、近场通信及便捷语音呼叫系统、移动护理系统、人工智能导诊机器人等实现医疗监测与护理、移动查房、移动护理、远程医疗诊断等功能。结果:该系统可在诊断、治疗、护理等各个环节为患者提供精细化的医疗服务,显著提高了医护人员的工作效率和服务水平,提升了患者的满意度。结论:采用该系统能够切实提升医院的服务质量,对于提高医院运行效率、保障病区医疗安全、改善患者就医体验等具有重要意义。

Objective To design a new smart ward system to enhance hospital medical service and patient experience.Methods A new smart ward system was designed with an architecture involving in a full-frequency multi-mode network,an integrated smart ward IoT platform and multi wards,which was developed with the technologies of 5G network,IoT,edge computing,radio frequency identification and network slicing.The system developed realized the functions of medical monitoring and nursing,mobile ward inspection,mobile nursing and remote medical diagnosis by the bedside interaction system,ward information release and call alarm system,vital signs intelligent monitoring system,nursing electronic whiteboard,intelligent infusion system,special patient care system,near-field communication and convenient voice call system,mobile nursing system,artificial intelligence guide robot.Results The system provided patients with refined medical service in aspects of diagnosis,treatment and nursing,significantly improving the efficiency of medical staffs and the satisfaction of patients.Conclusion The system developed contributes to enhancing the service and efficiency of the hospital,ensuring medical safety in the ward and improving patient experience.
