基于中台架构的医疗支付系统构建与应用

Construction and application of medical payment system based on middle platform architecture

目的:针对传统竖井式建设的医疗支付系统存在的问题,构建一个基于中台架构的医疗支付系统。方法:该系统采用“中台+微服务”的模式构建,按照数字化思维重构现有的支付业务流程,以数据流聚合各医疗支付环节的业务标准和管理要求,将支付环节中的全业务场景按照共性功能进行剥离,通过服务的独立运行及应用程序编程接口(application programming interface,API)调用提供基础能力和共享服务能力,实现医疗支付业务的快速重构。整个系统由前台应用层、中台服务层和后台支撑层3个部分构成,其中中台服务层包括业务中台和数据中台2个部分。结果:应用该系统后医院各支付系统的结算时间明显减少,支付速度得到显著提升。结论:该系统解决了医院各支付系统数据标准不同、业务重复建设等问题,提高了医疗支付结算效率,具有较好的应用前景。

Objective To establish a medical payment system based on middle platform architecture to solve the problems of the traditional medical payment information silos.Methods The system based on the mode of"middle platform+micro service"reconstructed the existing payment process according to digital thinking,aggregated the business standards and management requirements of each medical payment link with data flow,stripped the whole business scenarios in the payment link according to common functions,provided basic capabilities and shared service capabilities through independent operation of services and calling application programming interface(API)and achieved rapid reconfiguration of medical payment business.There were three components involved in the system including a front application layer,a middle service layer and a back support layer,among which the middle service layer was composed of two parts of business middle platform and data middle platform.Results The system developed reduced the settlement time of the hospital's various payment systems and improved the speed of payment significantly.Conclusion The system developed solves the problems resulting from different data standards and repetitive business development,enhances the efficiency of medical payment and settlement,and thus is worthy promoting practically.
