摘要
简要介绍了医科达Versa HD直线加速器磁控管的工作原理和正常工作需满足的条件,详细分析了该设备磁控管出现的3例常见故障并提出了具体的排除方法,为同行维修同类设备故障提供了参考。
The working principle and operation conditions of the magnetron of Elekta Versa HD linear accelerator were introduced briefly,and three common faults of the magnetron were analyzed and eliminated.References were provided for the treatment of similar faults.
