摘要
为了解与番茄斑萎病毒相关miRNAs的基本特征和功能,采用生物信息学的方法对与番茄斑萎病毒相关的miRNAs进行了研究。结果表明:与番茄斑萎病毒相关的番茄miRNAs一共有18个,分别分布在番茄10条染色体上;其上游启动子元件主要包括光响应元件、脱落酸响应元件和厌氧诱导元件等;其共靶向11个转录因子;在细胞组分功能上,靶基因的功能主要集中在细胞、细胞要素和细胞器上,分别达到56.2%、56.2%和50.0%;在分子功能上,靶基因的功能主要集中在催化活性和结合上,两者都达到了62.5%;在生物过程中,靶基因的功能主要集中在代谢过程和细胞过程中,分别达到68.8%和62.5%;在lncRNA-miRNA-mRNA互作网络中,共有14个miRNAs,18个mRNAs和40个lncRNAs。研究结果为番茄抗番茄斑萎病毒育种具有重要的指导意义。
To understand the basic characteristics and functions of miRNAs related to tomato spotted wilt virus,the bioinformatics method was used to analyze these miRNAs.The results showed that there were a total of 18 miRNAs related to tomato spotted wilt virus,these miRNAs were distributed in 10 chromosomes.Its upstream promoter elements mainly include light responsive elements,abscisic acid responsive elements and anaerobic inducible elements.These miRNAs target a total of 11 transcription factors.In terms of the function of cell components,the functions of target genes were mainly concentrated in cell,cell part and organelles,which were 56.2%,56.2%and 50.0%respectively.In terms of molecular functions,the functions of target genes mainly focus on catalytic activity and binding,both of which reach 62.5%.In biological processes,the functions of target genes are mainly concentrated in metabolic processes and cellular processes,reaching 68.8%and 62.5%respectively.In the lncRNA-miRNA-mRNA interaction network,there were 14 miRNAs,18 mRNAs and 40 lncRNAs.The results of this study have important guiding significance for the breeding of tomato resistance to Tomato spotted wilt virus.
