摘要
白化茶树品种属珍稀茶树资源,该树种氨基酸代谢显著富集,酚氨比较低,所制绿茶品质优异,具有广泛育种的潜力。目前关于白化茶树特征次生代谢产物形成的具体机理尚不清晰,茶树叶片颜色变化对次生代谢产物所形成的影响还尚不十分清楚,阻碍了白化茶树的大范围育种与大规模生产。本研究基于转录组、蛋白组及代谢组学研究视角,系统综述了近几年在白化茶树特征次生代谢产物氨基酸、茶多酚及咖啡碱的形成机理、分子机制及影响因素等方面取得的进展,以期为今后不同叶色品种茶树的弹性育种计划及天然产物的深度利用提供理论基础。
The albino tea tree species is a rare tea tree resource.The tree species is significantly enriched in amino acid metabolism and has a low phenolic ammonia ratio.The green tea produced is of excellent quality and has the potential for extensive breeding.At present,the specific mechanism of the formation of characteristic secondary metabolites of albino tea plants is not yet clear,and the effect of changes in the color of tea leaves on the formation of secondary metabolites is still not clear,which hinders the large-scale breeding and large-scale production of albino tea plants.Based on the research perspectives of transcriptome,proteomics and metabolomics,this article systematically reviews the progress made in the formation mechanism,molecular mechanism and influencing factors of the characteristic secondary metabolites of albino tea tree:amino acids,tea polyphenols and caffeine,with a view to different future The flexible breeding plan of leaf color varieties of tea trees and the in-depth utilization of natural products provide a theoretical basis.
