359份甘蓝型油菜品系有限花序位点鉴定

Identification of Determinate Inflorescence in 359 Lines of Brassica napus L.

摘要 甘蓝型油菜有限花序具有提前成熟、降低株高、增强抗倒伏性、对产量没有负面影响等特点,有利于甘蓝型油菜株型改良及机械化收获。本研究利用已开发的与甘蓝型油菜有限花序Bnsdt1和Bnsdt2紧密连锁的4个共显性分子标记对359份甘蓝型油菜品系的有限花序位点基因型进行鉴定,了解群体中有限花序位点基因型的分布,筛选出基因型分别为BnSDT1BnSDT1Bnsdt2Bnsdt2、Bnsdt1Bnsdt1BnSDT2BnSDT2的无限花序品系。通过这两种基因型无限花序品系相互杂交可选育出有限花序优良品系,这为选育优良有限花序品系提供了一种简单有效的方法,也为甘蓝型油菜有限花序品系选育提供科学依据。 The determinate inflorescence of Brassica napus L.has the characteristics of early maturity,reduced plant height,enhanced resistance to overturning,and no negative impact on yield,which is beneficial to the improvement of B.napus plants and mechanized harvesting.In this study,four co-dominant molecular markers closely linked to Bnsdt1 and Bnsdt2 were developed to identify the genotypes of the determinate inflorescence loci in 359 kale oilseed rape lines to understand the distribution of determinate inflorescence loci genotypes in the population.The genotypes Bnsdt1Bnsdt1BnSDT2BnSDT2 and Bnsdt1Bnsdt1BnSDT2BnSDT2 can be crossed with each other to find the best determinate inflorescence lines.This is a simple and effective way to find the best determinate inflorescence lines,and it also gives a scientific basis for choosing determinate inflorescence lines of kale type B.napus.
