大花萱草品种选育及组培快繁技术研究进展 被引量:1

Research Progress on Variety Breeding and Rapid Propagation Technology of Hemerocallis hybrida

摘要 本研究从大花萱草的培育历史、应用价值、品种选育、组培快繁技术等角度系统地分析总结了大花萱草的发展现状,并得出以下观点:(1)大花萱草的观赏价值高、适应性极强,可在中国大多数地区种植。(2)大花萱草的自交和杂交亲和性普遍偏低,克服种间杂交亲和障碍仍是大花萱草培育的重点研究领域。(3)茎段和花蕾是大花萱草应用最多的外植体材料。(4)组培快繁体系建立的成功与否取决于品种和外植体类型。目前,大花萱草产业仍存在不足之处,主要可归纳为以下方面:(1)种间杂交亲和障碍尚未克服,原理尚未阐明。(2)尚无全面的、系统的组培快繁技术支持和研究平台,外植体的选择、培养基激素的组合、试管苗的污染和栽培管理仍是待统一的技术难题。(3)缺少成熟的、规模化的商业性生产机构。因此,克服上述困难将是今后大花萱草研究的主要方向。 This study systematically analyzed and summarized the current development status of Hemerocallis hybrida from the aspects of its breeding history,application value,variety selection and rapid propagation technology,and drew the following conclusions:(1)Hemerocallis hybrida has high ornamental value and strong adaptability,and can be planted in most areas of China.(2)The self-incompatibility and cross-hybrid incompatibility of Hemerocallis hybrida are generally low,and overcoming the interspecific hybrid incompatibility is still a key research area in the breeding of Hemerocallis hybrida.(3)Cutting and flower buds are the most commonly used explants material for Hemerocallis hybrida.(4)Successful establishment of rapid clonal propagation systems depends on varieties and explants types.At present,there are still some shortcomings in the Hemerocallis hybrida industry,which can be summed up as follows:(1)Inter-specific hybrid incompatibility has not been overcome and the principle has not been clarified.(2)There is no comprehensive and systematic rapid clonal propagation technology support and research platform.The selection of explants material,the combination of culture medium hormones,the contamination and cultivation management of test tube seedlings are still technical problems to be unified.(3)Lack of mature,standardized commercial production institutions.Therefore,overcoming the above difficulties will be the main direction of Hemerocallis hybrida research in the future.
