6S精细化护理管理在手术室护理中的应用效果及其对患者心理状态的影响

Application Effect of 6S Refined Nursing Management in Operating Room Nursing and its Influence on Patients'Psychological State

目的研究6S精细化护理管理在手术室护理中的应用效果及其对患者心理状态的影响。方法选取2020年3月-2021年3月我院手术室接诊的64例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各32例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实时6S精细化护理管理,比较两组患者心理状态指标(焦虑、抑郁)评分、手术室护理质量水平、并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果两组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组消毒隔离、药品管理、护理安全、重点环节管理、医护配合均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为6.25%,低于对照组的18.75%(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为93.75%,高于对照组的81.25%(P<0.05)。结论在手术室护理中应用6S精细化护理管理可改善患者不良心理,提高手术室护理质量水平,降低并发症发生率,提升护理满意度,具有确切的应用效果,值得临床应用。

Objective To study the application effect of 6S refined nursing management in operating room nursing and its influence on patients'psychological state.Methods A total of 64 patients admitted to the operating room of our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given real-time 6S refined nursing management on the basis of the control group.The psychological state index(anxiety and depression)score,operating room nursing quality level,complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The disinfection and isolation,drug management,nursing safety,key link management and medical cooperation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.25%,which was lower than 18.75%in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 93.75%,which was higher than 81.25%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 6S refined nursing management in operating room nursing can improve patients'bad psychology,improve the quality of operating room nursing,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve nursing satisfaction.It has a definite application effect and is worthy of clinical application.
