强化心理护理对创伤性脑出血患者康复效果的影响

Effect of Intensive Psychological Nursing on Rehabilitation of Patients with Traumatic Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的观察强化心理护理对创伤性脑出血患者康复效果的影响。方法选取2019年4月-2021年4月在我院诊治的66例创伤性脑出血患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组33例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予强化心理护理,比较两组神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)、日常生活能力评分(ADL)、肢体体运动功能评分(Fugl-Meyer)、焦虑和抑郁评分、并发症发生率以及护理满意度。结果两组护理后NIHSS评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组护理后ADL、Fugl-Meyer评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组护理后焦虑、抑郁评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论强化心理护理应用于创伤性脑出血可减轻患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪,改善神经功能缺损情况以及日常生活能力和肢体运动功能,并发症发生率低,护理满意度高,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To observe the effect of intensive psychological nursing on rehabilitation of patients with traumatic cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 66 patients with traumatic cerebral hemorrhage diagnosed and treated in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 33 cases in each group.The control group and the observation group was given routine nursing and intensive psychological nursing+routine nursing respectively.The neurological deficit score(NIHSS),daily living ability score(ADL),limb motor function score(Fugl-Meyer),anxiety and depression score,complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The NIHSS scores of the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the ADL and Fugl-Meyer scores were higher than those before nursing,and the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05)The scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intensive psychological nursing applied to patients with traumatic cerebral hemorrhage can reduce anxiety and depression,improve neurological deficit score,daily living ability and limb motor function,with lower incidence of complications,higher nursing satisfaction,and higher clinical value.
