摘要
设计一款能够在运输过程中无须接触运输物的蓝牙控制智能运输车。该智能运输车以STM32F4为主控芯片,以Arduino作为声信号的输出单元,利用L298N电机驱动模块的机制,根据驻波声悬浮的原理,设计不同的悬浮装置,使得运输物被声辐射力捕获在驻波波节中无法逃脱,实现悬浮效果,并被小车运输;利用蓝牙模块,使得运输车能够通过手机App完成物品定向运输。
This paper designs a new type of bluetooth-control intelligent transporter without touching the transport item during transportation.The intelligent transporter is with STM32F4 as the main control chip,Arduino as the output unit of the acoustic signal,using the mechanism of L298N motor drive module,according to the principle of standing wave acoustic levitation,different suspension devices are designed,so that the transported objects are captured by acoustic radiation in the standing wave joint cannot escape,to achieve the levitation effect,and are transported by the trolley,using the bluetooth module,it enables the transporter to complete the directional transportation of items through the mobile phone App.
