中海油服职工体检血压结果分析

Blood Pressure Analysis on Staff Physical Examination of China Oilfield Services

目的 了解中海油田服务股份有限公司(以下简称油服)员工血压异常情况。方法 使用TM2655P型电子血压计,测量前嘱受检者情绪稳定、身体放松,端坐于血压计一侧,双脚并拢,手心向上伸入袖筒,肘部置于袖筒内凹槽处,使手臂与心脏同高,按“开始”按钮,静待测量结束。连续测量两次,取均值。结果 在被检测的4 226例油服体检人员中,高血压共1 110例,占体检总人数的26.27%,男女检出率有显著性差异,不同年龄组间高血压所占比例也有不同,46岁以上组所占比例更大,把检出高血压患者按血压分级分组,得出1级(轻度)高血压患者所占比例最大,占比83.69%。结论 通过对油服人员进行血压检查,加强了对油服人员的疾病监测,从而有针对性的开展健康咨询,做到早发现、早诊断、早治疗,更好的保护了受检者的健康。

Objective to investigate the abnormal blood pressure of the employees of China Oilfield Services Limited(COSL).Methods TM2655P electronic sphygmomanometer was used,and the subjects were asked to be emotionally stable and physically relaxed before examination.They sat on one side of the sphygmomanometer,with feet together,palms extended upward into the sleeve,elbows placed in the groove of the sleeve to make the arms were at the same height as the heart.The doctor pressed the “start” button and waited for the end of measurement.The mean value was taken after two continuous operations.Results There were 1 110 cases of hypertension among 4226 subjects,accounting for 26.27% of the total number of physical examination.The detection rate of hypertension was significantly different between men and women.The proportion of hypertension was also different among different age groups,with the group over 46 years old accounting for larger proportion,the patients with detected hypertension were grouped according to blood pressure classification,and it was concluded that grade 1(mild) hypertension accounted for the largest proportion,accounting for 83.69%.Conclusion Through the blood pressure measurement,disease monitoring of COSL was strengthened and targeted health consultation was carried out,so that the patients could be get early detection,diagnosis and treatment,and their health could be get better protection.
