人畜共患病是在脊椎动物、动物和人类之间自然传播的疾病和感染,通常是由细菌、病毒、寄生虫和真菌在内的几种传染病病原体可以通过不同的途径从动物传播给人。控制和预防人畜共患病是一项复杂的任务,国境口岸是人畜共患病等传染性疾病进入国内的第一道也是最主要的防线,需要采取综合和多学科的方法减少致病体传入和扩散。因此,需要从财政资源和公共卫生结构、诊断工具和检测范围、国际合作以及部门间协作和信息化建设等方面探讨国境口岸控制和预防人畜共患病的监管加强措施。本文就国境口岸人畜共患病监管与防控的加强措施作探讨和总结。

Zoonosis are diseases and infections that are naturally transmitted between vertebrates,animals and humans.Usually,several infectious agents,including bacteria,viruses,parasites and fungi,can be transmitted from animals to humans through different routes.The control and prevention of zoonosis is a complex task.Border ports are the first and most important line of defense for zoonosis and other infectious diseases to enter the country.A comprehensive and multidisciplinary approach is needed to reduce the introduction and spread of pathogenic agents.Therefore,measures to strengthen supervision and control of zoonosis at border ports need to be discussed in terms of financial resources and public health structures,diagnostic tools and detection coverage,international cooperation,intersectoral collaboration and information construction.This paper discusses and summarizes the measures to strengthen supervision and control of zoonotic diseases at frontier ports.
