摘要
本文从新冠疫情下冷链食品存在的问题、冷链食品的相关疫情风险,分析新冠肺炎病毒在冷链食品存在、传染的风险程度,对冷链食品中新冠肺炎病毒的防控工作提出可行性设想。
From the perspective of existing problems and epidemic risks of cold chain food under the COVID-19 pandemic situation,this paper analyzes the existence and infection risk degree of the coronavirus in cold chain food.Feasible ideas for the prevention and control of COVID-19 in imported cold chain food are studied.
