摘要
目前我国钢铁企业产生的焦炉煤气,高炉煤气,转炉煤气资源约占冶金企业耗能总量的40%~60%,煤气资源的合理利用对冶金企业节能降耗有着重要意义。煤气在管道输送过程中会产生大量污物与冷凝水,其经由煤气排水器排出。如无法及时排出会造成管道输送能力下降,影响用户的生产进度,情况严重时会造成由于积水严重导致管道掉落煤气大量泄漏的重大事故。本文主要探讨排水器头道阀阀杆与闸板脱落后,钻眼不停气处理方法。
At present,coke oven gas,blast furnace gas and converter gas produced by iron and steel enterprises in China account for40%~60% of the total energy consumption of metallurgical enterprises. The rational utilization of gas resources is of great significance for energy conservation and consumption reduction of metallurgical enterprises. A large amount of dirt and condensate will be produced during the pipeline transportation of gas,which will be discharged through the gas drainer. If the pipeline can not be discharged in time,the transportation capacity of the pipeline will decline,affecting the production progress of users. In serious cases,serious water accumulation will lead to a major accident of pipeline falling and gas leakage. This paper mainly discusses the treatment method of drilling without stopping gas after the valve stem and gate of the drain head valve fall off.
