影响水泥胶砂抗压强度检验准确性的因素与分析

摘要 针对GB/T 17671—1999水泥胶砂强度检验中影响检测准确性的“人机料法环”五大因素,结合文献资料,从标准适用范围、实验室规划布局、仪器设备管理、样品贮存、环境条件、关键易忽视的检测设备、人员操作习惯等诸多环节入手,结合对异常检测结果的复盘排查,系统分析了影响水泥胶砂抗压强度检测值的主要根源,提出了具体提高检测准确性的举措。 In view of the five factors of "man-machine material method ring" affecting the detection accuracy in the strength test of GB/T 17671—1999 cement mortar, combined with the literature, starting from the standard scope of application, laboratory planning and layout, instrument and equipment management, sample storage, environmental conditions, key and easily neglected detection equipment, personnel operation habits and other links, combined with the repeated investigation of abnormal detection results, This paper systematically analyzes the main causes affecting the test value of compressive strength of cement mortar, and puts forward specific measures to improve the test accuracy.
