基于网络药理学探讨桂枝茯苓丸异病同治男科疾病的作用机制

Investigation on the mechanism of Guizhi Fuling Pills in treating andrological diseases based on network pharmacology

目的运用网络药理学方法探讨桂枝茯苓丸异病同治男科疾病的作用机制。方法通过文献研究,搜集整理运用桂枝茯苓丸治疗的男科疾病。运用在线数据库筛选药物成分及药物、疾病的相关靶点,构建主要蛋白的互作网络和药物-成分-靶点-疾病网络。运用R软件进行基因本体(GO)富集分析和京都基因与基因组百科全书(KEGG)通路系统分析。结果桂枝茯苓丸主要用于治疗10种男科疾病。异病同治的主要蛋白有27个,其中关键蛋白可分为6类。GO功能涉及15个细胞组分、23个分子功能和59个生物过程,KEGG通路涉及22条。结论桂枝茯苓丸异病同治男科疾病的机制主要与抑制肾上腺素分泌、舒张血管平滑肌、抑制单胺酶的转运、降低前列腺素氧化环化酶活性等相关,具有多靶点、多通路的特点。

Objective To explore the mechanism of Guizhi Fuling Pills in treating andrological diseases by using network pharmacology.Methods Through literature study,the treatment of andrological diseases with Guizhi Fuling Pills was sorted out.The online database was used to screen drug ingredients and related targets of drugs and diseases,and construct the interaction network of major proteins and the drug-component-target-disease network.R software was used for GO and KEGG analysis.Results Guizhi Fuling Pills are mainly used to treat 10 andrological diseases.There are 27 main proteins in the treatment of different diseases,among which the key proteins can be divided into 6 categories.GO function involved 15 cellular components,23 molecular functions and 59 biological processes,and KEGG pathway involved 22.Conclusions The mechanism of Guizhi Fuling Pills in treating andrological diseases is mainly related to inhibition of adrenaline secretion,relaxation of vascular smooth muscle,inhibition of monoaminease transport,reduction of prostaglandin oxidase cyclase activity,etc,with the characteristics of multi-target and multi-path.
