阳痿的发病机理与分类初探

通过比较现代医学和传统中医对勃起功能障碍的相关论述,结合《内经》相关知识,提出个人观点:阳痿的本质是肾气虚,病因是五藏六腑之精不能藏于肾。辨证分析的目的是通过了解患者的身体情况以明确病因和藏腑的功能状态。并将中医阳痿分为4类:痿证阳痿、疾病阳痿、证候阳痿、体质阳痿。

Comparing the discussion of erectile dysfunction between modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine,also combined with the relevant knowledge of Neijing,this paper puts forward a personal point of view:the essence of impotence is kidney′Qi′(in traditional Chinese medicine,it refers to vital energy)deficiency,and the etiology is the essence of the internal organs cannot be hidden in the kidney.The purpose of syndrome differentiation analysis is to understand the patients′physical condition,in order to clarify the etiology and the functional state of the vital organs.Impotence in traditional Chinese medicine is divided into four categories:impotence syndrome impotence,disease impotence,syndrome impotence and physical impotence.
