Gender Equality(性别平等xìng biépíng děng):Gender equality means that everyone,regardless of gender,enjoys the same conditions to fully realize their human rights and can equally participate in and benefit from political,economic,cultural,and social development activities.In the Chinese context,it is often expressed as“equality between men and women.”On the Fourth World Conference on Women held in Beijing in 1995.
