摘要 区块链的防篡改、可溯源等特性,使其特别适用于电子档案保存的场景,但不同区块链系统之间存在较高的通信壁垒,这使得数据孤岛的现象日渐严重。针对此问题,提出一种结合跨链技术和身份基加密的电子档案管理方案。利用跨链技术实现电子档案在不同授权机构间的传递,通过身份基加密保护电子档案传递过程中的隐私安全;设计了一种基于行为评估的共识机制,降低了区块链网络中非诚实节点对系统进行攻击的潜在风险,进一步提高了跨链过程中的安全性;此外,考虑到存储限制和数据安全性,还设计了一种分离式的电子档案存储方法,在区块链上仅保存电子档案的摘要信息,将档案实际内容加密后存储在星际文件系统中。实验和分析结果表明,该方案具有可行性和实用性,满足了日益增长的电子档案共享和隐私保护的需求。 The tamperproof and traceability characteristics of blockchain make it particularly suitable for the scene of electronic archives preservation.However,there are high communication barriers between different blockchain systems,which make the phenomenon of data islands increasingly serious.In view of this problem,an electronic archives management scheme combining cross chain technology and identity⁃based encryption is proposed in this paper.Cross chain technology is used to realize the transfer of electronic archives among different authorized institutions,and identity based encryption is used to protect the privacy and security of electronic archives in the process of transfer.A consensus mechanism based on behavior evaluation is designed to reduce the potential risk of dishonest nodes attacking the system in the blockchain network and further improve the security in the cross chain process.In addition,in consideration of storage limitations and data security,a separated electronic archive storage method is also designed.Only the abstract information of the electronic archives is saved in the blockchain,and the actual content of the archives is encrypted and stored in the interplanetary file system.The experimental and analytical results show that the scheme has feasibility and practicability,and can meet the growing needs of electronic archives sharing and privacy protection.
