考虑氢负荷与综合需求响应的天然气制氢的园区综合能源系统优化配置 被引量:2

Optimal configuration of industrial PIES for natural gas hydrogen production considering hydrogen load and comprehensive demand response

摘要 针对电解水制氢储能的工业园区综合能源系统能量转换效率不高、制氢量少、经济效益低的特点,以及国家对氢能发展大规模低成本制氢的需要,提出一种以天然气制氢模式代替电解槽制氢的园区综合能源系统架构。在分析天然气水蒸气重整制氢单元的能耗、能量回收利用,以及电、热、气多种能量特性的基础上,建立了天然气制氢的模型;进一步考虑氢负荷供给、用户综合需求响应(IDR)与碳排放价格,以系统设备年化投资成本最小与年运行成本最小为目标建立目标函数,利用灰狼优化(GWO)算法与CPLES求解器进行求解,提出了以天然气制氢的园区综合能源系统优化配置模型;最后以新疆某园区为实际算例分析了园区在该配置后电、热、氢负荷特性,验证了通过配置天然气制氢的园区综合能源系统可以有效地提升系统制氢效益与降低系统的运行成本,并指出了适用场景。 In allusion to the characteristics of low energy conversion efficiency,low hydrogen production and low economic benefits of the industrial park⁃level intergrated energy system(PIES)for hydrogen production by electrolysis of water,and the country′s demand for large⁃scale and low⁃cost hydrogen production of hydrogen energy development,a natural gas based hydrogen production method is proposed.The hydrogen production mode is used to replace the integrated energy system architecture of the hydrogen energy in the industry park in which the electrolyzer is used to produce hydrogen.On the basis of analyzing the energy consumption,energy recovery and utilization,as well as various energy characteristics of electricity,heat and gas in the hydrogen production unit of natural gas steam reforming,a model of natural gas hydrogen production is established.In consideration of hydrogen load supply,user integrated demand response(IDR)and carbon emission price,the objective function is established by taking the minimum annual investment cost and the minimum annual operating cost of system equipment as the object.The grey wolf optimization(GWO)algorithm and the CPLES solver are adopted to solve the problem.A method taking PIES for natural gas hydrogen production to optimize configuration model is proposed.A park in Xinjiang is taken as an actual example to analyze the load characteristics of electricity,heat and hydrogen load in the park after using this configuration.The feasibility of improving the efficiency of hydrogen production and reducing operating costs by configuring a comprehensive energy system for natural gas hydrogen production is verified,and the applicable scenarios are pointed out.
