2019-2021年河南省漯河市无细胞百白破疫苗疑似预防接种异常反应监测

Analysis on the surveillance of adverse events following immunization with diphtheria,tetanus and acellular pertussis combined vaccine in Luohe,Henan,2019-2021

目的 分析河南省漯河市无细胞百白破疫苗(DTaP)疑似预防接种异常反应(AEFI)的发生特点。方法 通过中国免疫规划信息管理系统AEFI信息管理系统收集漯河市2019-2021年DTaP AEFI个案信息,通过河南省免疫规划信息系统收集DTaP接种剂次数据,采用描述性流行病学方法进行分析。结果 共接种DTaP 204 488剂次,报告AEFI病例551例,报告发生率269.45/10万剂;2019-2021年报告发生率分别为263.74/10万剂、329.98/10万剂、206.37/10万剂,不同年度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);男女性别比为1.32∶1,2岁以下儿童占93.28%;各月均有病例报告,主要在5-7月,占39.20%;以一般反应为主,占98.73%,主要表现为发热。发生AEFI后到医疗机构就诊率为36.12%,不同年度就诊率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 漯河市DTaP预防接种安全性良好,应加强监测,规范开展接种告知。

Objective To analyze the occurrence features of Adverse Event Following Immunization(AEFI) with diphtheria,tetanus and acellular pertussis combined vaccine(DTaP) in Luohe. Methods A descriptive epidemiological study was used to analyze the case information of AEFI with DTaP reported from 2019-2021 through the China Immunization Information System and the data of doses administered collected through the Henan Immunization Program Information System. Results A total of204 488 doses of DTaP were vaccinated, and 551 cases of AEFI were reported in Luohe city from 2019-2021, with the reported incidence of 269.45/105doses. The reported incidence rates from 2019 to 2021 were 263.74/105dose, 329.98/105dose and206.37/105dose, respectively. The difference in reported incidence among different years was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ratio of male to female was 1.32:1. Most of the cases occurred in children under 2 years old(93.28%). Cases were reported every month, mainly from May to July(39.20%). The main manifestation was general reaction(98.73%) like moderate fever. The percentage of visiting medical institutions after AEFI was 36.12%, and the percentage by year was significantly different(P<0.05). Conclusion The DTaP vaccination in Luohe is safe.The surveillance should be enforced, and vaccination notification should be standardized.
