长三角地区医院科技创新竞争力与发展对策研究

Research on Competitiveness and Development Countermeasures of Scientific and Technological Innovation of Hospitals in Yangtze River Delta Region

以中国医学科学院医学信息研究所公布的中国医院科技量值数据,分析长三角地区医院和学科科技创新竞争力。结果表明,长三角地区百强医院和学科均占全国的近1/3,多于京津冀地区,其中上海实力最强且趋于稳定,浙江上升趋势明显。长三角地区传染病学和整形外科学连续三年居全国第一,优势明显;内分泌病学与代谢病学、消化病学、眼科学、结核病学连续三年排名全国前二,且至少三家医院的同类学科进入前十,呈现优势学科聚集的特征。长三角地区医院科技资源聚集,江浙沪皖发展各有特色,医院学科优势明显。建议各省差异化发展的同时,联合优势学科协同发展,合力建设国家重大创新平台,把各自优势变为区域优势,提升区域发展的整体效能和核心竞争力。

Based on the scientific and technological value data of hospitals in China published by Institute of Medical Information,Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences,this paper analyzes the competitiveness of scientific and technological innovation of hospitals and disciplines in Yangtze River Delta.The results show that Yangtze River Delta region has nearly 1/3 of the top 100 hospitals and disciplines of China,more than those in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Among them,Shanghai is the strongest and tends to be stable,and Zhejiang has an obvious upward trend.Epidemiology and plastic surgery in the Yangtze River Delta ranked first in China for three consecutive years,with obvious advantages;Endocrinology and Metabolism,Gastroenterology,Ophthalmology and Tuberculosis have been ranked in the top two in China for three consecutive years,and the similar disciplines in at least three hospitals have entered the top ten,showing the characteristics of gathering dominant disciplines.The scientific and technological resources of hospitals in the Yangtze River Delta region gather,and the development of Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Shanghai and Anhui has its own characteristics,with obvious advantages in hospital disciplines.At the same time,it is suggested that all provinces should combine advantageous disciplines to develop coordinately,build a national major innovation platform together,turn their respective advantages into regional advantages,and enhance the overall efficiency and core competitiveness of regional development.
